မဇၥ်ိမ သတင္း လြဲမွားေဖၚျပမႈ ရခိုင္လူမ်ိဳးမ်ား အၾကား မေက်နပ္မႈ တိုးပြား

ၾသဂတ္(စ္)လ ၁၉ရက္ေန႔က ရန္ကုန္ျမိဳ႕တြင္ ရခိုင္လူငယ္မ်ား UNႏွင့္ INGOs အဖြဲ႔မ်ားအား ခြဲျခား ဆက္ဆံမူ မ်ား မျပဳလုပ္ရန္ ျငိမ္းခ်မ္းစြာ စီတန္း လမ္းေလွ်ာက္ ဆႏၵျပပြဲအား အိႏၵိယ အေျခစိုက္ မဇၥ်ိမသတင္းဌာနက ရခိုင္လူမ်ိဳးမ်ားအား ကမၻာအလယ္တြင္  သိကၡာက် နာမည္ပ်က္ေစရန္ ရည္ရြယ္ျပီး မဟုတ္မမွန္ သတင္းေရး သား ထုတ္လႊင့္ခဲ့သည္ဟု သိရသည္။

ဆႏၵျပရခိုင္လူငယ္မ်ားသည္မည္သည့္ဘာသာ၊မည္သည့္လူမ်ိဳးကိုမွတိုက္ခိုက္ ေစာ္ကားမူ မရွိခဲ့ပါ။

မစၥ်ိမ သတင္းဌာမွ အဆိုပါ သတင္းအား အဂၤလိပ္လို “Anti-Rohingya demonstration held in Rangoon”  ေခါင္းစည္းတပ္ကာ ၾသဂတ္စ္လ ၂၀ ရက္ေန႕က ေဖၚျပရာတြင္  ရခုိင္လူမ်ိဳး ၅၀ ခန္႕သည္ ျမန္မာျပည္ အေနာက္ပိုင္းက ပဋိပကၡျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့ေသာ ေဒသမ်ားတြင္ ေနထိုင္ေနႀကေသာ ရိုဟင္ဂ်ာမြတ္ဆလင္မ်ားအား ကုလသမဂၢမွ အကူအညီေပးေနမွဳမ်ားအား ရပ္တန္႕ရန္ ယူအန္ႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံျခား အန္ဂ်ီအိုမ်ား တနဂၤေႏြေန႕က ဆႏၵျပ ေတာင္းဆိုခဲ့ႀကသည္ဟု မဟုတ္မမွန္ သတင္းေရးသား ေဖၚျပခဲ့သည္။
“ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ ဆႏၵျပတာက UNနဲ႔ INGOs က ရိုဟင္ဂ်ာ ဘဂၤလီ ဆိုတဲ့သူေတြကို ကူညီေပးေနတာ ရပ္ တန္႔ဖို႔ အတြက္ ဆႏၵျပတာ မဟုတ္ဘူးဗ်ာ။ ျပည္တြင္းျပည္ပ တျခားမီဒီယာ ဆိုဒ္ေတြနဲ႔ ဆိုင္းဘုတ္ တိုင္းမွာ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ ေရးထားတဲ့ စာတန္းေတြကို ၾကည့္လို႔ သိႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕က ရခိုင္လူမ်ိဳးေတြ အေပၚ မွာ UN နဲ႕ INGOs ကခြဲျခားဆက္ဆံမူေတြ ရွိေနတဲ့ အတြက္ ဒါကို ရပ္တန္႕ဖို႕ ဆႏၵ ထုတ္ေဖၚတာ သာ ျဖစ္ပါ တယ္။ ဒီလို မဟုတ္မက သတင္းက်င့္၀တ္နဲ႔ မကိုက္ညီဘဲ ေဖၚျပတဲ့ မဇၥ်ိမကုိေတာ့ တရားဥပေဒ အရ တစ္္ခုခု လုပ္ရပါလိမ့္မယ္” ဟု ဆႏၵျပပြဲကို ဦးေဆာင္ ျပဳလုုပ္ခဲ့သူ ကုိစည္သူက နိရဥၥရာသုိ႕ ေျပာသည္။
၎ျပင္ ရန္ကုန္ တာေမြမွ အရွင္ သုႏၵာရကလည္း  မဇၥ်ိမမွ ေရးသား တင္ျပေသာသတင္းႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ျပီး “ မွတ္တမ္းမွတ္ရာ အေထာက္အထားမ်ား အလွ်ံပယ္ရွိပါလွ်က္ႏွင့္ ရခုိင္လူငယ္မ်ားက ရိုဟင္ဂ်ာဘဂၤလီမ်ား အား ေထာက္ပံ့ျခင္းကို ရန္တန္႕ရန္ ဆႏၵျပသည္ဟု မဇၥ်ိမသတင္းဌာနမွ ေျပာင္းအတင္း လိမ္ညာေဖာ္ျပျခင္း မွာ ေအာ့ႏွလံုးနာဖြယ္ အတိပင္ ျဖစ္သည္” ဟု ေဖၚျပသည္။
မဇၥ်ိမ အဂၤလိပ္၀က္ဘ္ဆိုဒ္တြင္ ၾသဂစ္လ ၂၀ရက္(တနလၤလာ)ေန႔ ေန႔စြဲျဖင့္ ရန္ကုန္ေရာက္ ရခိုင္လူငယ္မ်ား ဆႏၵျပ သတင္းႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ျပီး လြဲမွားစြာ ေဖၚျပမႈအေပၚ မေလးရွားေရာက္ ရခိုင္လူငယ္တဦး ျဖစ္သည့္ ကို မင္းထက္ကလည္း  နိရဥၥရာသို႔ ယခုလိုေျပာသည္။

“မဇၥ်ိမ သတင္းဌာနဟာ ဘာဘဲေျပာေျပာ ျပည္တြင္းျပည္ပ လူအေျမာက္အမ်ား လာဖတ္တဲ့ ဆိုဒ္တခုျဖစ္ပါ တယ္။ လူတိုင္းအားေပး ၾကတဲ့ဆိုဒ္ပါ။ ခုလို မီဒီယာက်င့္၀တ္ကို ခ်ိဳးေဖါက္ျပီးေတာ့ ေရးထားတာက ရခိုင္ လူမ်ိဳး ကိုေစာ္ကားလိုက္ တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါတမင္သက္သက္ လူမ်ိဳးႏွစ္ခုအၾကားမွာ ရန္တိုက္ေပးေန တာ ဘဲ။ ေျပာရမယ္ ဆိုရင္ ရခုိင္ျပည္ကို ဆူပူေအာင္ ေသြးထိုး လႈံ႕ေဆာ္ ေပးေနတာပါ” ဟုေျပာသည္။
မဇၥ်ိမ အဂၤလိပ္ဆိုဒ္တြင္ တင္ျပထားေသာ အဆိုပါ သတင္းမွားကို တျခားႏိုင္ငံ သတင္းတခ်ိဳ႕မွာလဲ ကူျပီးေဖၚျပ တာေတြ႕ရေၾကာင္း၊ အင္ဒိုနီးရွား သတင္းမီဒီယာၾကီး ဂ်ာကာတာပို႔၊ ေအအက္ပီ၊ Dailystar ႏွင့္ တျခားဆိုဒ္ေတြမွာ ေတြ႔ခဲ့ရေၾကာင္း၊ ယခုကဲ့သုိ႕ လုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္းမွာ  ရခိုင္လူမ်ိဳးမ်ား အေပၚ  ႏိုင္ငံတကာက လူဆိုး အျဖစ္ ျမင္လာေအာင္ အကြက္ခ် စီစဥ္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္ဟု ဟု ကုိမင္းထက္က ဆက္ေျပာျပ သည္။
ၾသဂတ္စ္လ ၁၉ ရက္ေန႕က ရခိုင္ လူငယ္ ၁၀၀ ခန္႕သည္ တီရွပ္ အက်ီၤမ်ားကို တူညီ ၀တ္ဆင္ျပီး ပိုစတာမ်ား၊ ဆိုင္းဘုတ္မ်ားကို ကိုင္ေဆာင္ကာ ယူအန္ႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံျခားမွ အန္ဂ်ီအိုမ်ားကို ခြဲဲျခား ဆက္ဆံမူကို ရပ္တန္႕ ရန္ ႏၵျပေတာင္းဆိုခဲ့ၾကသည္။ ဆႏၵျပပြဲတြင္ ေတာင္းဆိုခဲ့ေသာ အခ်က္မ်ားမွာ ေအာက္ ပါအတိုင္းသာ ျဖစ္ သည္။

မဇၥ်ိမ သတင္းဌာနသည္ ယခင္ကလည္း ရခိုင္ လူပ္ရွားတက္ၾကြသူမ်ား၏ လူပ္ရွားမူ သတင္းမ်ားအား တမင္ေသးသိမ္ေအာင္ေရးသားခဲ့မူမ်ား ရွိခဲ့ျပီး ေမာင္ေတာျမိဳ႕တြင္ မစၥတာ ကင္ေတးနား လာေရာက္ လည္ပတ္စဥ္ ရခိုင္အမ်ိဳးသား ၂၀၀ ေက်ာ္ခန္႕က ဆႏၵျပခဲ့သည္ကို လူ ၂၀  သာ ဆႏၵျပသည္ဟု အလိုေတာ္ျပည့္ ဆရာေတာ္ မဏိသာရအား တစ္စံု တစ္ရာ အင္တာဗ်ဴး မျပဳလုပ္ဘဲ ဆရာေတာ္ က ေျပာသည္ဟု ဆိုကာ နာမည္အလြဲသံုးစားလုပ္ကာ သတင္း ေဖၚျပခဲ့သည္။ အလားတူ ရဟန္းေတာ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ျမန္ႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ားက လြန္ခဲ့လက ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ ဘန္ေကာက္ျမိဳ႕ ျမန္မာသံရံုးေရွ႕တြင္ သမၼတၾကီး ဦးသိန္းစိန္၏ ရခိုင္အေရးႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ျပီး ေျပာၾကားခ်က္အား ေထာက္ခံ ဆႏၵျပပြဲကို ကခ်င္စစ္ ရပ္စဲရန္ ရဟန္းေတာ္မ်ား ဆႏၵျပသည္ဟု သတင္းအမွန္ကို ထိန္ခ်န္ ေရးသား ေဖၚျပခဲ့သည္။

Anti-Rohingya demonstration held in Rangoon

A group of about 50 ethnic Rakhine in Rangoon on Sunday called on the UN to stop assisting stateless Rohingya Muslims in the strife-torn communities of western Burma.

The demonstration took place near a regional parliament building, with protesters holding banners saying: “Stop Creating Conflicts” and “Don’t Bring Terrorists To Our Land.”
“We’re calling for an end to discrimination by the UN against the Rakhine people,” Zaw Aye Maung, a politician representing the mostly Buddhist ethnic group, told Agency France Presse (AFP).
This weekend, the Burmese government appointed a 27-member commission to look into the causes of the conflict and to propose solutions to the community mistrust between Buddhists and Muslims.
Fighting between Buddhists and Muslims in Rakhine state has left about 87 people from both sides dead since June, according to an official estimates, although rights groups fear the real toll is much higher.
New York-based Human Rights Watch has accused Burmese forces of opening fire on Rohingya. Muslim nations have voiced deep concerns over the treatment of the stateless group.
Burmese President in July asked a UN refugee group to help solve the unrest by taking over responsibility for the Rohingyas in refugee camps or by sending them to third counties. He said Rohingyas were not a Burmese ethnic group. Rohingyas are denied citizenship in the country, although many have lived in the country for generations.
Speaking a dialect similar to one in neighbouring Bangladesh, the Rohingya are seen by the government and many Burmese as illegal immigrants. Bangladesh has turned away Rohingya who attempted to flee the recent violence.
Twenty-four political parties in Burma have urged the United Nations to replace its human rights envoy to the formerly army-ruled country, Tomas Ojea Quintana, saying he is biased in favour of the Rohingya.
